A better nap can decide how much productive you will be on the next day, waking up early has never been a challenge for me, but sleeping on time was, Sleeping on time and waking up early are correlated, If you are not sleeping on time it's unlikely that you will wake up early, lots of people are struggling with not sleeping on time especially youth, everyone wants to sleep fast, but for some people it can be really hard thing to do.
Sleeplessness can be the outcome of so many things, like depression, addition of sleeping pills, alcohol, smartphone or any game and even it also can be Netflix.

If you are really serious about waking up early, you should give yourself a reason to sleep on time and wake up early, and whatever reason you have It should be strong, It could be about your health, about your goals, about your future or anything, just give yourself a reason to wake up early and avoid excuses.

If you are a teenager or a kid it can be difficult for you to waking up early because kids need more sleep than a adult. It's tough but not impossible and a routine can change it into a habit, so get on a schedule it will be really helpful for you.

Drinking nicotine based drinks before going to bed can be a bad choice, drinks like coffee or tea has sleep removing Chemicals like nicotine and caffeine they keeps you awake so avoid them, even drinking too much water is also not good before going to bed, It can give you nature's call.

Some people are addicted to sleep during the day if you can't sleep at night, then you should not sleep during the day, avoiding naps at day will be really helpful for you for sleeping on time at night.

Smoking is not only injurious to health it's also injurious for your sleep, you can smoke 1 hour ago before going to bed otherwise it will be tough to get a sleep.

Best method for sleeping on time is reading before going to bed, you can choose books according to your interests, it really works. I personally reads Bhagavad Gita it's a holy book for Hindus and not just help me getting a sleep but it helps me taking decisions and having positive thoughts.

Have you noticed that it's easy to sleep in winter than summer because the low-temperature helps your body fall asleep, you should keep your room temperature low because it will help you to get a better sleep.

Sleep Just after You Eat

If your sleeping time is 10 p.m then you should schedule your dinner at 9 p.m, because when we eat we fell asleep and it's good just after we eat we can go to bed and get a natural sleep.
